L.B. Bohle weighing systems for pharmaceutical solids are modular, GMP-compliant complete solutions for the weighing and dispensing of active and inactive ingredients.
Recipe controlled dispensing and recording of the materials used from many different packages is possible – such as

Depending on the application, manual, semi-automated or fully automated solutions can be implemented. Bohle weighing systems are adapted to the material flow concept at each pharmaceutical production site, and can be integrated into single-story or multi-story production buildings.

For weighing active ingredients and highly active substances that require increased safety, laminar flow cabins and safety workbenches are available in addition to isolators as integrated solutions.

Using high containment equipment at particularly vulnerable transfer stations provides the best-possible protection for product and operator.

The actual weighing unit with load cells is exchangeable and can be customized to meet individual requirements. The controller solutions for the semi-automated or fully automated systems allow linking in different weighing scales, as well as connecting to process control systems. They also correspond to FDA guidelines. The software solutions have been developed in compliance with GAMP 5 Guidelines.
