The stand-alone cleaning module BCM is a stationary unit for installation in the technical area and is used to prepare and supply cleaning media for process machines in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, food and chemical production industries.

Cleaning with the WIP Module by L.B. Bohle
The process machine connected to the cleaning module requests the appropriate cleaning medium in the requested quantity, temperature and cleaning agent. The cleaning station installed in the technical area is PLC-controlled, prepares the cleaning medium, and supplies the connected machine with it.
The communication between the cleaning station and the machine is via ProfiNET using the controls. The cleaning phases, the cleaning recipes and the cleaning protocols are managed in the machine control.
Integrated touch panel
The following functions can be executed at the cleaning station via the integrated touch panel:
- Calibration of the sensors
- Operation of the cleaning station in service mode
- Configuration of the communication of the connected machinesn
- Setting of parameters for the cleaning station
- Status display of the cleaning station
Cleaning Module for L.B. Bohle Process Machines
The BCM cleaning station is designed for L.B. Bohle machines and suitable for use in a non-ex area. Optionally, several process machines can be connected to the cleaning module.
Connection of machines from other manufacturers is possible on request and upon coordination with L.B. Bohle.
