A world premiere at ACHEMA: The BRC 25 is the technology leader in dry granulation. The BRC can be assembled and disassembled in less than 10 minutes with almost no tools. A flexible sieving system allows the use of a conical or oscillating sieve.

With the BFC 5 laboratory coater, L.B. Bohle presents another innovation to the industry. The BFC 5 offers maximum flexibility for research and product optimization and can process batches from 150 g to 13 liters. A new nozzle arm allows the use of up to 4 nozzles. In addition, user friendliness and cleaning have been optimized.

L.B. Bohle presents for the first time the technically optimized and newly designed BTS 200. The BTS is used to calibrate the particle size of dry or moist products. Increased user-friendliness, optimized CIP cleaning and reduced product loss thanks to improved blade geometry are the key features of the latest product generation.

The BRC 100, winner of the German Design Award, was presented at Interpack 2023. L.B. Bohle’s dry granulator series combines high product capacity with minimal material loss. The system ensures uniform material compaction over a production range of <1 - 400 kg/h.

The LM 40 laboratory blender has been optimized for use in research and development and is characterized by its flexibility and ability to accommodate different containers. Scalable results from 5 to 12,000 liters, fast and complete discharge and a small footprint with high mobility characterize the LM 40.
